Natural Disasters POLICY
We can’t control a unexpected natural disaster & major delays will occur, (snow, bad weather, flooding, Fire, Pandemic, outbreak, hurricane, or anything in this nature). We do not ship out during a Hazardous event & all shipments resume when it’s safe to do so.
Refund & Exchange POLICY
Due to Covid-19 & Safety Precautions We don’t offer refunds or exchanges on any of our Products. Once payment is received no refunds is issued.
Tracking a Package POLICY
Once you receive tracking details by Email allow 24 hours for USPS or UPS to update the package within it's system. Visit Usps/Ups and enter your tracking number sent by email to track your package DAILY. It’s your job to track your packages daily until it’s delivered. Also sign up for Text Alerts with Usps/Ups to receive daily texts on your package status.
Order Processing Time POLICY
After sending a payment to us Allow 24-48 hours for a tracking number & payment confirmation to be sent by Email. NOTE: Please check your SPAM FOLDERS as well. Contacting us beforehand will only cause packages to Delay. We prepare packages in the order received. If you have not received a tracking number or confirmation that means we haven’t made it to your order. Allow 1-2 days. Weekends or Holidays not included. All Friday-Sunday orders ship out on Monday. We no longer ship out on the Weekends.
Wrong Address & Stolen Packages POLICY
*Stolen Packages USPS: We are not responsible for stolen packages. You must file a claim with Usps by calling 1-800-275-8777 if your package is stolen or contact UPS at 1-800-742-5877. To prevent your package from being stolen you must add Signature Confirmation to your order which is a extra fee during Shipping checkout. With this service your package will not be left outside your door, Usps/Ups will have a member inside your residence to sign for the package upon delivery.
*Wrong Address USPS: We are not responsible for wrong Addresses. Keep in mind we can not get those products back if it’s delivered to someone else’s household. If you notice your Address is incorrect before your package is Out-for-delivery. You must immediately contact us by Text at 901-303-0790 & send a extra $16 or visit Usps & fill out a “Package Intercept” form online, the fee is $16.00 for this service. This service is only available if the package is NOT out for delivery. We take FULL RESPONSIBILITY for wrong Address faults of our own. Please don’t forget to include your Apartment Number when listing address. After 3 delivery attempts Usps will send the package back to us & you must wait until we receive the package before we can re-ship, You will be responsible for sending a new re-shipping fee to cover the cost. PRICES VARY depending on the weigh of your package.
*Same information above applies for UPS wrong address & stolen packages. FEES may be different. Contact UPS at 1-800-742-5877 for options or Text Us @ 901-303-0790. ALLOW 24 HOURS FOR A RESPONSE TIME.
UPS Shipping POLICY
*Allow 24 hours for tracking details to be sent by Email, please check your spam folders as well. Packages is shipped out within 24-48 hours of receiving your payment. We do not ship out on the Weekends. All weekend orders ships Monday.
*All UPS Packages ship out with Insurance. We are not responsible for stolen packages so we strongly recommended adding "Signature tracking" to your orders to prevent a package from being stolen.
USPS Shipping POLICY
First Class UNINSURED- Usually delivers within 2-3 Business days. Due to COVID-19 these packages can delay up to 21 Business days. When choosing this Method you must understand that it’s a possibility that the package can Delay up to 21 Days. Within the 21 Days please only contact USPS for Updates:

*Call: 1-800-ASK-USPS® (1-800-275-8777) Expect longer wait times to talk to a representative now through mid-January.
*Priority Shipping INSURANCE- Usually Ships within 1-3 Business Days. Due to COVID-19 these packages can also cause delays a few days. Priority will always arrive before First-Class Packages.
*PRIORITY SHIPPING IS ALWAYS RECOMMENDED DURING COVID-19 PANDEMIC. Contact Usps number above for updates. All you need to provide is your Tracking Number which is always sent by Email.
*Note: Please do not text, email, call or DM our lines for updates on Usps tracking shipments because USPS is the only company who can assist you once the package has been handed over to them. Track your package Daily from the USPS Website for tracking purposes, we can never see more than you can from tracking. If the package is not updating contact USPS at 1-800-275-8777.

-All Payment must be sent immediately after ordering or your order will automatically cancel within 30 minutes of nonpayment. Always use GOOGLE SEARCH or YOUTUBE VIDEOS for instructional purposes on how to send a payment for each method.
-We are not responsible for you sending payments to the wrong person. If you sent payments to either above, you sent to the RIGHT company. Allow 24-48 hours for confirmation details. We don’t offer any other payment options that’s not listed.

If you have any questions concerning any of our products you must click on the product to read the product description, if the question is not listed I’ll recommend you to always do a Google Search online for more research. If you send us a text or email please allow 24-48 hours for a response. Most texts is replied to within minutes or at our earliest convenience. If you do not get a response immediately that means we’re busy & would respond as soon as possible. Please don’t send multiple texts of the same issue before you receive a response. Note: you do not have to text, email, DM, Call & leave voicemails concerning the same issue multiple times. Only pick 1 form of communication and allow 24-48 hours for a response time. If we feel you are a Problematic client, WE HAVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICES TO ANY CLIENTS WITHOUT ANY GIVEN REASON.

Our Social Media Accounts is mainly for Promotional purposes. Even though our online representative is online posting & you decide to Direct Message you must allow 24-48 hours for a response time. This is for all our Social Media Accounts. Harassment, Bullying & Disrespect will not be accepted. That includes insulting comments, rude messages or anything that falls in that nature we will sadly have to Block you from contacting us due to abuse this form of communication.
International Customers POLICY
In order to purchase from us you must first download the TRANSFERWISE APP. This is the only form of payment we have available at the moment. MoneyGram & WesternUnion has been permanently deactivated due to Customer Abuse.
Shipping flat rate is $50
