Order Processing Time
Payment and Shipping Confirmation- After submitting your payment, please allow 24 to 48 hours for a tracking number and payment confirmation to be sent to you via email. Kindly check your spam or junk folders if you do not see the email in your inbox.
To avoid delays, please refrain from contacting us before this period has elapsed. We process and prepare orders in the sequence they are received. If you have not received a tracking number or confirmation, it indicates that your order has not yet been processed.

Order Processing and Cancellation Policy
Once an order is placed and payment is received, a shipping label is automatically generated and the order is prepared for shipment. Please ensure that all items added to your cart are correct, as we are unable to cancel or modify orders that are already in preparation. We are unable to add substitutions, remove items, or make changes to orders once they have been processed. Wrong Address & Stolen Packages
Stolen Packages: We are not responsible for packages that are stolen after delivery. If your package is stolen, please file a claim with USPS by calling 1-800-275-8777 or with UPS at 1-800-742-5877. To mitigate the risk of theft, we recommend selecting Signature Confirmation during checkout. This service incurs an additional fee and ensures that your package will not be left outside your door; a signature will be required upon delivery, which adds security. Incorrect Addresses: We are not liable for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your address before the package is out for delivery, promptly contact us via text at 901-303-0790 and pay an additional $25 fee, or visit USPS online to fill out a "Package Intercept" form, which also incurs a $25 fee. This service is only available if the package has not yet been marked as out for delivery. It is essential to include your apartment number or any relevant details when entering your address. After three unsuccessful delivery attempts, USPS will return the package to us. You will need to cover the re-shipping fee, which varies depending on the weight of the package, before we can resend it.
UPS Policies: The same procedures apply for UPS in cases of stolen packages or incorrect addresses. Fees and procedures may differ. UPS Shipping
*Allow 24 hours for tracking details to be sent by Email, please check your spam folders as well. Packages is shipped out within 24-48 hours of receiving your payment. We do not ship out on the Weekends. All weekend orders ships Monday.
*All UPS Packages ship out with Insurance. We are not responsible for stolen packages so we strongly recommended adding "Signature tracking" to your orders to prevent a package from being stolen.
USPS Shipping
First Class Uninsured Shipping: Packages sent via First Class Uninsured typically deliver within 2 to 3 business days. However, due to COVID-19, there may be delays of up to 21 business days. Please be aware that such delays are possible, and we recommend that you only contact USPS for updates during this period.
Priority Shipping with Insurance: Priority Shipping generally takes 1 to 3 business days. While delays of a few days may occur due to COVID-19, Priority Shipping remains a more reliable option and will typically arrive before First Class packages.
Priority Shipping is recommended during the COVID-19 pandemic for faster and more secure delivery. For updates, please contact USPS using the number provided above. You will need to provide your tracking number, which is sent to you via email.

Once a package is with USPS, they are the only party who can provide detailed tracking information. Track your package daily using the USPS website.
